The definition of vulnerable groups that can benefit from the projects is that included in Article 21 of Directive 2013/33/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 laying down standards for the reception of applicants for international protection (recast). From these groups, the call will give a priority to (a) pregnant women and (b) single-parent families with children.
