Can you clarify what is meant by “Projects proposed should be operational (i.e. offer services and provide accommodation) for a minimum period of 12 months” [call clause 2.18] Does it mean that the minimum period of projects proposed needs to be 12 months OR that only established/operational units for at least 12 months are eligible to receive funding? 3. Our organization is in the process of applying for the certification as an entity authorized to offer social welfare and care services, which is listed among others in clause 4.6.). We are registered with EKKA and operate accommodation for UAC. Are we eligible to apply? 4. Can you provide some examples of the type of collaboration between NGOs and public entities you are expecting (output 1.2)?

  1. As indicated in the paragraph 1.2.2 of the open call “The total amount available for the call is €7.632.000. Indicatively 3-6 projects will be selected, with the total grant for each project in the range between minimum €1.000.000 and maximum €3.000.000. The grant amount excludes the project co-financing”. To that end, yes, 3 million euro is the maximum amount an applicant can request and, in that case, a 10% of own contribution should be included on the top, resulting on a total project budget of 3.3milion euros.
  2. The paragraph 2.18 refers to the duration of the projects to be funded under the call. These projects “…..should be operational (i.e. offer services and provide accommodation) for a minimum period of 12 months”. Eligibility criteria to receive funding are described in section “4. Eligible applicants” of the call.
  3. The Project Promoter needs to fulfill all the criteria listed in section “4. Eligible applicants” of the call, including those you mention in your question.
  4. Please see the point 3 of the question 49.
