Yes, an organization can submit an application as long as it meets eligibility criteria, with or without partner. Partnership is not a must but an option.

Following the round of questions posed, I would like one last confirmation from your part, namely that if an organization currently in line with all eligibility criteria (NGO registered in Greece, according to arts. 4.1 – 4.11 of the “Eligible Applicants” section of the Open Call, as well as the “Administrative Criteria” section), may submit an application without a partner.
