58. Question raised during the data-entry of the Budget Section: Given the fact that most of the Job Positions/Roles cover more than one of registered activities (e.g. Project Manager supervises all the activities), do we have to enter the name/role multiple times so that it will create links to each-one of the activities? Or, is there any way to link directly with all activities, or maybe a group of activities under a certain Output?

Project Management Costs can be allocated (with the respective employment rate) and linked to each relevant activity of the project or be bundled as an output “Project Management” with the respective activities and the appropriate budget.

The management costs should be meaningful and  in proportion to the implementation of the project.
