The project aims to promote the employment of vulnerable unemployed residents of the City of Athens through awareness raising, training and certification, individualized psychosocial and employability support and job placement. The project is implemented by the ADDMA (Athens Development and Destination Agency) of the Municipality of Athens.
Pre-defined Project: Schools for All – Integration of Refugee Children in Greek Schools
The project aims to ensure a more democratic and inclusive school environment, where refugee students feel safe and welcome. By the end of the school year 2021-2022, school leaders, teachers, pupils and parents from 150 Greek secondary schools will have taken part in this project. The “Schools for all” is implemented by the European Wergeland Centre under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs.
Pre-defined Project: Increased opportunities for integration and social inclusion for vulnerable individuals
With the support of the EEA Grants, SolidarityNow strengthens the provision of all pro bono services at the Athens Solidarity Center. The objective of the project is to provide support to individuals at risk of social marginalization and exclusion and pave the way towards their empowerment and self-reliance.
